At this stage, we develop a design project tailored to the business’s needs and space requirements. We take precise measurements, create 3D visualizations, and coordinate any redevelopment (if needed). Key considerations include utility layouts, zoning, and future space usage. The client receives a complete documentation package to kick off the work.

Planning and Approval
The space is prepped for renovation: old structures are demolished, and new utilities (electrical, plumbing, ventilation) are installed. Floor screeding, wall/ceiling leveling, and partition assembly follow. Rough work is the foundation of a durable renovation, so we only use trusted materials and techniques.

Preparation and Rough Work
This phase includes flooring, wall painting, door/lighting installation, and branding elements (signage, decor). We ensure strict adherence to the design plan and deadlines. A mid-stage cleanup is done to prepare the space for handover.

Finishing and Installation
Our foreman and QA team inspect all work, fix any defects, and sign the completion certificate with the client. We test all systems, provide warranties, and offer maintenance guidelines. The space is 100% ready for business launch!

How much does a turnkey renovation cost?
The exact price depends on the area, materials, and complexity of work. We provide a free estimate after an on-site inspection and discussion of your requirements. You can save on finishing materials, but not on rough work (it’s risky).

How long does the renovation take?
Timing depends on approvals, material deliveries, and work stages. We meet deadlines and monitor progress daily. Delays are only possible due to your decisions (e.g., changing tiles).

Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 2–5-year warranty (depending on the renovation type). For hidden utilities (electrics, plumbing) — up to 10 years. We fix any defects free of charge if they’re our fault. After completion, we sign an official warranty agreement.

What’s included in a "turnkey renovation"?
Demolition, rough work, finishes, plumbing, and electrical installation. Cleaning and debris removal after each stage. Excludes: furniture, appliances, decor (curtains, lamps). "Turnkey" means the space is move-in ready.
